- Set oven to 400F/204C.
- Chop the highest 1/4 off a bulb of garlic to disclose the cloves. Add a drop of oil and a pinch of sea salt. Wrap in foil and bake for 45 minutes till gentle. Permit to chill (to the touch) earlier than continuing.
