Ingredients for 8 cookies 1 1/2 (~174g) ripe bananas, peeled 2 tablespoons olive oil 146g (~1 cup+ 2 tablespoons) super fine almond flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Toppings
Steps Set oven to 350F. In a bowl, mash up the banana, then add the olive oil.  Once mixed, add the almond flour and baking powder. Line a baking tray with parchment, then use an ice cream scooper or another spoon to evenly divide the batter onto the baking tray.
