Steps Set oven to 420F. Spray a nonstick skillet with olive oil and set on medium-high heat. Sauté red onion and bell pepper for 3 to 5 minutes, until the onion is brown and translucent. Add the ground turkey. Chop and cook it up in the skillet using a wooden or rubber spatula. While it cooks, add in the seasonings and a pinch of sea salt & pepper.
